Please join us for this deeply restorative and experiential retreat, as we drop beneath the conceptual mind into the direct experience of the body. Here we begin to release subtle holding patterns and reconnect with our deepest selves, each other and the greater whole. An invitation to come as you are, to relax completely, to meet whatever arises with curiosity and compassion, and to trust the wisdom of our bodies as vehicles for personal and spiritual growth and transformation.
Come be nourished by pristine nature, delicious organic food, and rich blend of mindful practices to befriend and enliven body, heart and mind, including somatic meditation, personal inquiry, authentic relating, yoga, Qi Gong and more. There will also be plenty of time for rest and rejuvenation, as well as holistic spa treatments, longevity services, optional detox program, and space to enjoy the magical setting at Blue Spirit Retreat Center in Costa Rica.
Sample Daily Schedule
Morning:
7:00-8:15 am: Movement Practice
8:00-9:00 am: Breakfast Buffet
10:00-12:30 pm: Workshop
12:30-1:30 pm: Lunch Buffet
Afternoon:
1:30-4:00 pm: Free time to enjoy beach, salt-water pool, spa & longevity treatments, napping and non-doing. *
4:00-6:00 pm: Workshop
Evening:
6:00-7:30 pm: Dinner Buffet
8:00 pm: Evening Meditation
* Wednesday after breakfast will be a free day. Excursions such as zip lining, waterfall hikes, paddle boarding, surfing, horseback riding, as well as onsite spa and longevity treatments can be arranged through the front desk for an additional charge.
Retreat Rates
Retreat packages include retreat tuition, your 7-night stay, all taxes and 3 daily buffet style meals (gourmet vegetarian and vegan cuisine, plus local fish served 3 times during your stay). Food allergies can be accommodated, please inform us about any special needs upon registering.
Not included: Airfare, airport shuttle to/from Blue Spirit, café items, spa or rejuvenation center treatments and optional excursions.

Travel Logistics
The retreat begins on Saturday July 6, 2024. Please plan to arrive at the retreat center by 6:00 pm local time, so that you can have dinner and settle in. The retreat center is a 2.5 hour drive from Liberia International Airport and a 5-hour drive from San Jose International (or a 45 minute flight from San Jose International to Nosara on Sansa Airlines; these flights are limited and must be booked separately at www.flysansa.com). Blue Spirit can help to arrange your shuttle to and from the airport for an additional charge. Departure is Saturday July 13, 2024 after breakfast.

Space is limited and room categories are available on first come first served basis. Once your accommodation is confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of $600 USD is required to hold your space. The remaining balance for the retreat is due on or before April 6, 2024. If you are registering after April 6, 2024, your full non-refundable payment is due at time of registration.
