My Story

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the intelligence of the body and the mysterious ways it carries, communicates, and ultimately reveals the deeper truths of our lives.

This lifelong inquiry led me to a career in spiritual psychology, and for more than three decades I’ve worked as a licensed psychotherapist and trauma specialist, helping others navigate the complex terrain of healing and transformation.

Over the years, I became increasingly attuned to the body’s wisdom — how unprocessed experience lives within us, how the nervous system carries both burden and adaptation, and how emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual life are deeply intertwined. Again and again, I found that when people learned to listen differently, they also began to see differently. And from that clearer seeing, a different way of living became possible.

Alongside my clinical work, I’ve practiced and trained in Tibetan Buddhism for more than twenty-five years, and through my own life experiences, including illness, loss, personal healing, and ongoing spiritual practice, I’ve come to recognize that these journeys, though deeply personal, are also profoundly universal. They remind us that suffering and transformation are part of the shared human experience, and that we are not alone.
