Registration, Cancellation Policy and Waivers 

Registration

In order to secure your registration for Coming Home to the Body Retreat, a non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit of $600 USD is needed to hold your space.  The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the retreat start date. If you are registering after April 6, 2024, payment is due in full at time of registration.  

Retreat Price includes: Tuition, accommodations and all taxes, 3 delicious organic buffet-style meals daily, use of Blue Spirit's amazing facilities, and all events included with retreat itinerary. 

Retreat Price does NOT include: Airfare, airport shuttle to/from Blue Spirit, spa or rejuvenation treatments, optional excursions, tips, alcoholic beverages, any food or drink not included in package, passports or visas, any items of a personal nature or any other expenses not expressly described above.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the unique nature of retreats and that we must guarantee a block of rooms to the retreat center, we are unable to offer any refunds or credits whatsoever. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any possible cancellations due to any and all unforeseen circumstances or events that fall outside of our control, including contracting COVID-19. 

Exception: In the event of cancellation by Jessica Lowenstein/Peri Doslu or Blue Spirit Retreat Center, or if air travel between your country and Costa Rica has been closed, you will be issued a full refund.  

Please confirm that the retreat has reached minimum capacity before purchasing your airline tickets. Finalization/cancellation of retreat may occur up to 60 days prior to retreat. 

Any payment (including your deposit) for this retreat with Jessica Lowenstein and Peri Doslu constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions as outlined below:

Terms and Conditions

• Jessica Lowenstein and Peri Doslu shall not be held liable or responsible for any expenses, including but not limited to lodging, meals or transportation incurred by delays, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances or events that fall outside of our control.

• Retreat participants assume all risks associated with their trip, and agree that Jessica Lowenstein, Peri Doslu, their assistants and guest teachers will not be held liable or responsible for any personal injury, illness, death, delay, loss, or damage to personal property or health.

• Participants understand the risks of international travel, including the possibility of contracting COVID-19, and agree to consult a health care provider or travel nurse regarding travel plans.

• It is our intention to ensure that all participants have a safe and positive retreat experience. Jessica Lowenstein and Peri Doslu, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to remove any guest from the retreat if that person behaves in a manner that is unreasonable or disruptive to the well-being of other guests, Jessica, Peri, Blue Spirit staff, or any person related or unrelated to the implementation of the event. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances.

• If retreat participants choose to make other meal arrangements, not participate in any part of the group itinerary or retreat program, or leave the retreat early, no refunds will be issued.

• Additional activities, excursions and spa services are available through the retreat center at an additional cost. Retreat Participants are responsible for the full payment of any additional services, activities & excursions that are not cancelled within 24 hours.

To register, please fill out the form below and submit your deposit using one of the payment options below. If you are registering after April 6, 2024, full payment is due at the time of registration. Please do not submit your payment until your accommodation has been confirmed.
